We build and sell parts we’d put on our own vehicles and stoves. If something shows up wrong, broken, or defective, tell us and we’ll make it right. Here’s exactly how that works.

Returns

Stock and used parts

You have 30 days from delivery to return an uninstalled part for a refund. It needs to come back complete, in its original packaging, and in the same condition we sent it. Once we receive it and check it over, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping isn’t refunded, and you cover return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Custom and built-to-order parts

Custom parts are not returnable. This includes turbochargers and anything else built, machined, modified, or assembled to your specs. These are made for you specifically and can’t be resold, so all sales are final once the order is placed, unless the part arrives damaged or defective. They’re still covered by the warranty below.

Electrical parts

Electrical components can be returned only if they’re uninstalled and in the packaging we shipped them in. Once an electrical part has been installed or powered up, we can’t take it back, but the warranty still applies if it fails.

Warranty

Turbochargers and custom parts — 1 year

Covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the delivery date. If a turbo fails within that year because of how it was built, we’ll repair or replace it.

Turbo coverage requires that the unit was installed with clean oil feed and drain lines, a fresh oil and filter change, and a functioning oil supply. Failures from oil starvation, contaminated oil, foreign object damage, over-boosting, or improper installation aren’t covered. We may ask for photos or the failed unit back before approving a claim.

Pellet Stove WiFi Module — 2 years

Covered against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the delivery date. If the module fails on its own, we’ll repair or replace it. Damage from incorrect wiring, power surges, water, heat exposure beyond the module’s rating, or opening the enclosure isn’t covered.

Used parts — 30 days

Used and salvage parts are covered for 30 days from the delivery date. If the part is dead on arrival or fails within that window under normal use, we’ll replace it or refund you. Used parts are sold as-is beyond that, and cosmetic wear, scuffs, and age-related marks are expected and aren’t grounds for a claim.

Everything else — 2 years

All other new items we sell carry a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the delivery date.

What warranty coverage means

• We repair or replace the defective part, at our choice.
• Coverage applies to the original purchaser and isn’t transferable.
• Normal wear, consumables, accident, misuse, and improper installation aren’t covered.
• We don’t cover labor, installation, removal, towing, rental cars, downtime, or any other costs beyond the part itself.
• Our maximum liability on any claim is the price you paid for the part.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong thing, email us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund, your call.

How to start a return or warranty claim

Email support@bcinnovate.com with your order number, what the part is, and what’s going on. Include photos if it’s a defect or damage claim. We’ll reply with a return authorization and the address to ship to.

Don’t ship anything back without a return authorization. Packages that show up unannounced can’t be tracked to your order and may be refused.

Orders placed elsewhere

If you bought through Amazon or another marketplace, returns and refunds go through that platform under their policy. Warranty claims still come to us directly at the email above.
