You acknowledge that device behavior may vary based on environment, configuration, firmware version, and external systems beyond our control.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Refuse or cancel orders (including suspected fraud or abuse)

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. BCInnovate is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Return, refund, and warranty policies are posted separately (if applicable) and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCInnovate shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or business

  • Device malfunctions, downtime, or connectivity issues

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BCInnovate for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BCInnovate and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which BCInnovate is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
