1. Joining the program

Anyone can apply by submitting a registration request. All accounts are reviewed and approved manually by BC Innovate. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. You will be notified by email once your account has been reviewed.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information during registration. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.

2. Commissions

Once approved, you’ll receive a unique referral link. When a customer clicks your link and completes a purchase, you earn a commission on the order subtotal (before taxes and shipping). All products in the BC Innovate store are eligible.

The current commission rate is 9%. This rate is subject to change at any time. Any rate change will apply to sales made after the change takes effect and will be communicated via email or posted on this page.

Commissions are not earned on:

• Orders that are returned or refunded — commissions on returned items will be reversed
• Orders identified as fraudulent
• Purchases made using your own referral link (self-referrals are not allowed)

3. Payouts

There is no automatic payout schedule. When your balance is eligible for withdrawal, we will contact you by email to confirm the amount and discuss your preferred payment method.

Commissions are considered pending until the associated order’s return window has passed. Pending commissions are not eligible for payout.

4. Tax reporting (W-9)

If your total commissions exceed $600 in a calendar year, we are required by U.S. law to collect a completed W-9 form before issuing payment. We will reach out by email to request this form when applicable.

If a W-9 is required and not provided, your payout will be held until it is received. You are responsible for reporting any commissions earned as income on your own tax return.
